The Paralegal Assistant will provide crucial support to our legal team, helping to ensure the efficient operation of our legal department. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong research and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Filing documents in the electronic system
• Disclosing documents to the insurer/insurer lawyers
• Data entry into the system
• Requesting records and files
• Paying invoices
• Ad-hoc tasks on an as-needed basis

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• With a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Science, Political Science, Criminology, Sociology, or any relevant programs
• Proficient with MS applications software
