Architectural Visualizer/Structural Revit Modeller

About the role

We are a boutique specialised structural engineering consultancy founded in 2017. Our work is highly varied
across industries and the type of projects we deliver.
We are expanding our company and are looking for a combination Architectural Visualizer and Structural
Revit Modeller role.
The focus of the role is to create beautiful, client-ready architectural presentations (axonometric diagrams,
renders) and deliver high-LOD (LOD 300400) structural Revit modelling/documentation. Additionally, as part
of our marketing rollout, we intend to retroactively model past projects from legacy sources to produce
accurate visuals and coordinated views.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Presentation

Produce clear axonometric/exploded diagrams, phasing/sequence visuals, and storyboards.
Generate renders for design reviews and client pitches.
Retroactively model past works for presentation to various LOD (200 400)

Structural Modelling & Documentation

Produce detailed structural Revit models to LOD 300-400.
Produce structural documentation for projects ranging from simple 2D projects to complicated 3D structures

Skills and Experiences

Portfolio demonstrating architectural presentation strength (axonometric mastery, diagramming, rendering) and high-LOD structural modelling (clean GA sheets, parametric families, schedule-driven outputs).
Experience Photoshop and Enscape (or similar).
Revit modelling and documentation proficiency with a minimum of 3-5yr+ of experience in structural documentation working across typical construction methods (steel, concrete, timber, composite, etc).
Experience with high LOD modelling.
Experience working on Australian projects.
Experience creating custom Revit families
Candidate should be presentable with strong English language skills
Candidate should have initiative and the ability to work independently when required
