About the Role
The L2 Administrator plays a key role in a central team responsible for administering and supporting the business to comply with processes related to the implementation and ongoing operation of a new global conflict and independence system in Australia. This initiative aims to improve efficiencies across the organization globally.
Role Responsibilities
In relation to the new global conflict and independence system:
Provide administrative support in the ingestion of existing client data and corporate trees prior to going live.
Assist in adding new client data, updating existing client data, and managing corporate trees.
Support Responsible Party verification by liaising with audit teams and clients.
Approve tasks within the system, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
Assist in updates to inactive clients and handle tasks associated with both local and global system-related reports.
Manage escalations, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and appropriately in accordance with prescribed procedures.
Act as a point of contact for receiving escalations, demonstrating quick problem-solving and communication skills to resolve issues effectively.
Skills/Attributes Required

Ability to handle large volumes of data while adhering to prescribed procedures.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office products as a foundation for the role.

The ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity, particularly when handling sensitive data, to safeguard the organization's risk profile.
