Talent Acquisition Administrator
Job Description:
This role will provide administrative support to the national talent acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective management of the lateral and student recruitment inboxes
- Process supplier invoices in Workday and expenses
- Oversee monthly intercompany billing processes (Seek and Saville)
- Posting advertisements on BDO Careers, GradConnection, Prosple, CareerHub, and other job boards as required
- Daily review and administration of LinkedIn job wrapping
- Complete LMT screenshots for all positions advertised and save in a centralised location
- Run advertisements through the gender decoder to support gender equality processes
- Draft national start date change letters and distribute to P&C
- Arrange catering, booking of meeting rooms, and preparation of materials to support the TA Business Partners and leaders
- Update and maintain student graduate dates and cohort data
- Prepare data for monthly reporting and campaign activities
- Provide engagement survey (CultureAmp) administration support to leaders (data maintenance, survey creation, reporting, and data analysis)
- Assist with undergraduate to graduate conversion process (i.e,. requesting and updating expected graduation dates in Workday)
- Manage the early careers event tracking processes, i.e,. Adding events to the events register/adding calendar invites to the student calendar
- Assist with the student society sponsorship process i.e., tracking signed agreements
- Assisting with program administration i.e., workshop calendar invites, adding new starters to workshops, connection events, and teams channels, keeping accurate records of workshop activities, attendance, and feedback
- Update and maintain the lateral and early careers SharePoint site
- Assist with other departmental activities and always practice the principles of excellent client service.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrates initiative, time-management & organisational skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality of information
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint
Qualifications and Experience required:
- Working towards a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
- 6+ months of previous experience in an administration role, preferably within a Talent Acquisition or P&C environment
Work Set Up:
- On-site
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm
