As we continue to expand our footprint, we're seeking a motivated and analytical FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and provide insights that help shape strategic and operational decisions.

Role Overview

As an FP&A Analyst, you will be a key part of the finance team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality analysis, reporting, and commercial support across the business. You will help enable better financial decision-making through robust modelling, insightful analytics, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and consolidation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans

  • Conduct variance analysis and provide commentary on key business drivers and performance trends

  • Build and maintain financial models to support business cases, operational planning, and strategic initiatives

  • Develop and improve dashboards and automated reports using Power BIand Power Query

  • Provide ad-hoc commercial analysis to assist with investment decisions, cost control, and service delivery optimisation

  • Partner with stakeholders across clinical and operational teams to translate financial data into actionable insights

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and systems

Skills & Experience Required

  • 3-4 years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or a similar analytical finance role

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modelling and data manipulation

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Query for reporting and analytics

  • Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex financial information

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

  • Experience in healthcare or multi-site service industries preferred, but not explicitly required
