As we continue to expand our footprint, we're seeking a motivated and analytical FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and provide insights that help shape strategic and operational decisions.
Role Overview
As an FP&A Analyst, you will be a key part of the finance team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality analysis, reporting, and commercial support across the business. You will help enable better financial decision-making through robust modelling, insightful analytics, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and consolidation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
Conduct variance analysis and provide commentary on key business drivers and performance trends
Build and maintain financial models to support business cases, operational planning, and strategic initiatives
Develop and improve dashboards and automated reports using Power BIand Power Query
Provide ad-hoc commercial analysis to assist with investment decisions, cost control, and service delivery optimisation
Partner with stakeholders across clinical and operational teams to translate financial data into actionable insights
Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and systems
Skills & Experience Required
3-4 years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or a similar analytical finance role
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modelling and data manipulation
Hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Query for reporting and analytics
Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex financial information
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Experience in healthcare or multi-site service industries preferred, but not explicitly required
