The Revit Designer should be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of Revit design and modelling standards, CAD standards, PC application software and design and drafting practices and methods.
If you are talented with Revit software and can understand architectural drafting, then we are interested in you.
Some training is provided. Experienced designers and architects, or university graduates are welcome to apply.
Required Skills
Must speak, read and write fluent English
2+ years of any Revit experience and BIM standards and best practices
1+ years of any AutoCAD experience
Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, specifications and other construction documents
Ability to create accurate 3D renders and 3D modelling for presentation materials
Ability to work with the design team to assist and develop design ideas and solutions as required
Attention to detail and highly organized
Ability to work independently
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team atmosphere and in an international Environment
Minimum Qualifications
Architecture/Engineering or Construction related field qualification is desirable but not compulsory.
Proficient with the following software programs:
Gmail and Google-related products.
Zoom, Google Meet or similar teleconference options - including experience of collaborative
presentations
Familiar and/or experience with the following software programs or similar is an advantage:
Navisworks
Sketchup
Lumion
3D Studio Max
Enscape
Twinmotion
Knowledge of using Point clouds within Revit is a plus Highly Desirable: Experience in the design of foodservice facilities such as QSR restaurants, cafes, hotels, aged care premises or education facilities.
