Position Summary

• Monarch Mental Health Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with Digital Marketing expertise to support patient growth, referral development, and marketing operations across Australia.
• This unique hybrid role combines clinical knowledge with digital marketing execution.
• The successful candidate will leverage their healthcare background to create clinically accurate content, manage digital campaigns, engage referrers, nurture leads, and optimise patient acquisition pathways using platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, HubSpot, HealthLink, EDM systems, and CRM platforms.
• The role is ideal for a nurse who understands healthcare communication and can translate complex clinical information into engaging, compliant, patient-centred marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing
LinkedIn Marketing

• Manage Monarch's LinkedIn presence and company page.
• Develop and schedule content targeting:
  • GPs
  • Psychiatrists
  • Psychologists
  • Allied Health Providers
  • DVA providers
  • Workers Compensation stakeholders
• Build and expand professional referral networks
• Track engagement and referral conversion metrics.
• Support recruitment and employer branding initiatives.

Facebook & Social Media

• Create and schedule engaging social media content.
• Manage paid and organic Facebook campaigns.
• Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement.
• Develop educational mental health content.
• Promote clinic openings, new services, and patient success stories (where appropriate and compliant).

Email Marketing & EDM Campaigns

• Develop and execute EDM campaigns via HubSpot or equivalent platforms
• Create:
  • GP newsletters
  • VMO newsletters
  • Patient nurture campaigns
  • Referral partner communications

• Segment audiences for targeted communications.
• Monitor opens, clicks, conversions, and engagement metrics.

HubSpot CRM Management

• Manage contacts, lead nurturing workflows, and automation.
• Build marketing funnels and customer journeys.
• Design and optimise automated communications.
• Monitor and improve lead conversion rates.
• Produce performance reports and dashboards.

Website & Content Marketing

• Create SEO-optimised content for Monarch websites.
• Publish blogs, articles, service pages, and educational content.
• Support local SEO initiatives.
• Maintain website content and service information.
• Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure content accuracy.

Clinical & Healthcare Marketing Support

Clinical Content Development

• Translate clinical information into patient-friendly content.
• Assist with the development of:
• TMS educational materials
• Esketamine information resources
• Psychiatry service information
• Patient FAQs
• Referral guides

• Ensure all marketing communications are clinically accurate and compliant.

Referral Growth Support

• Assist in building GP and specialist referral networks.
• Support outreach campaigns to medical practices.
• Maintain referral databases and activity records.
• Identify growth opportunities within healthcare markets.

Patient Journey Optimisation

• Review patient enquiry and referral pathways.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead-to-consult conversion.
• Assist with patient communication workflows and automation.

Reporting & Analytics

Essential Qualifications

• Registered Nurse qualification.
• Current nursing registration in home country.
• Minimum 3 years healthcare experience.
• Minimum 2 years digital marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare marketing.
