Database Administrator (Day shift, On-Site Mercedes-Benz Office)

Job Description:

We are looking for a database/CRM assistant to support with:

  • Data entry - CRM Property Suite

  • Assisting with data cleaning and data quality control

  • Internet marketing including sending out customized SMS and emails

  • Follow a set of required actions upon each property listing stage

  • Bulk email to find customer information and fill the information gap

  • Assisting with the production of various data reports

  • Researching and making up a report for different levels of management

  • Assisting with setting up different email templates

  • Assisting with tracking and analyzing results of different email marketing campaigns

  • Continuously learning our CRM system and coming up with different approaches for improvement in data management and data quality control

  • End of End-of-month report preparation

Required Experience:

  • Ideally, with 3-5 years of experience already in some type of database or administration role and who enjoys working with data/numbers

  • CRM experience

  • Database Management

  • Report presentations (graphs)

  • Adobe PDF Editor

  • Microsoft knowledge and its applications to a highly experienced level: Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Adobe PDF editor

  • Skype

Optional

  • Experiences in making up reports

  • Experiences working with metrics

A successful candidate must have

  • Good communication skills

  • Good Excel skills

  • Database administration experience
