About the role:
The Junior Administrative Assistant provides essential foundational support to the Shore360 team. This is an entry-level role designed for a highly organized, energetic professional looking to build a career in administrative operations or business support. You will focus on executing daily clerical tasks, maintaining office organization, and assisting senior staff to ensure the workplace runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up new job numbers, project budget on job system and time tracking tools used by the company.
- Data entry and data mining tasks for specific clients such as real estate, retailers and various industries.
- Placing consumer orders
- Auditing and weekly checking of ClickUp timesheets.
- Coordinate closely with the production team including designers and developers for any update on their timesheets.
- Monitoring the support email - responding and clearing emails.
- Coordination with the different departments and groups on company-related tasks and activities, providing specialised support.
- Perform other adhoc duties as may be assigned by the management.
SKILLS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Can easily adapt to Australian work setting.
- Ability to perform data entry and data mining tasks
- Willing to do field work or go outside the office and perform administrative duties.
- Can-do attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized, systematic, analytical and great attention to details.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
- A team player and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Communication Arts, Business/Office Management or equivalent.
- Open for fresh graduate
- Must have a good command of English and above average communication skills to interact effectively with clients and different levels in the organization.
