Job Description:

SUMMARY

The primary function of this role is to secure compliance efforts such as insurance requirements, background checks, RCS (Respirable Crystalline Silica) tests among Caesarstones North American managed program fabricator network, in the USA and Canada and oversee IKEA color launch tests, IKEA PDOC requests.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Screen candidates for Caesarstones affiliate fabricator network for compliance eligibility
  • Able to read certificate of insurance and RCS test documents
  • Supporting affiliate fabricators in developing appropriate Corrective Action Plans (CAP) based on results
  • Coordinating IKEA new color launch material testing
  • Overseeing IKEA PDOC compliance
  • Assisting with IKEA IWAY compliance – fabricator IWAY risk assessment, drafting annual audit schedule
  • Tracking fabricator and CS business licenses for managed programs
  • Attending relevant training to continually grow industry knowledge

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent on-the-job experience
  • Familiarity with IKEA IWAY standard is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Countertop fabrication process is an advantage
  • High degree of independence and discipline in creating and adhering to own work schedule
  • Advanced organizational skills are a must; the ability to maintain focus and organization of multiple workstreams.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; Compliance Coordinator will be interfacing regularly with affiliate fabricator network, Caesarstone coordinators, and IKEA Trading counterparts
  • Ability to firmly drive actions and deliver business consequences of non-compliance to affiliate fabricators
  • Must be competent presenter, to share knowledge with CS Coordinators and Sales Teams
