Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Call customers to arrange the annual test of client products
- Negotiate a mutually convenient time for the technician to attend properties
- Create schedules for technicians to ensure their allotted time is maximized
- Meet individual and team targets including calls per day and appointments booked
- Build rapport with real estate agents, property managers, and landlords
Required Experience
- At least 2 years of Customer Service experience in a BPO setup
- Tech-savvy skills

- Ability to speak to customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to do multiple tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
