About the Role:

Sales Support is a key member of the Mac Centre team supporting our Account Executives and Sales team to deliver outstanding customer service. Sales Support has responsibility for timely and accurate processing of customer sales quotes, orders, dispatch requests and collection requests. Communication is multifaceted and includes frequent contact with internal team members, key customer contacts, end users, and our ancillary network including distribution, logistics partners, and more.

In addition to supporting our sales team the sales support role will also help our customers with general sales enquiries, order enquiries, delivery requests, problem solving, and more. In extension to this, sales support will frequently communicate with our key partners and vendors to ascertain information to help with end user communication and updates.

Sales Support is also responsible for the timely and accurate update of dispatch and collection information on customers tracking systems (google sheets) and the timely following up of end-user collections via email and text message. This is a detailed orientated task that requires daily visibility and frequent progress updates to ensure customers have accurate information timely.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with internal sales team members
  • Collaboration with our partner network including distribution
  • Frequent communication with customers, key contacts, and end users
  • Handling customer enquiries and resolving customer issues
  • Daily/weekly work-in-progress meetings
  • General sales administration
  • Monitoring and responding to shared mailbox, instant messaging via Slack/Teams etc
  • Processing sales quotes, orders, invoices
  • Dispatch/retrieval order entry
  • Collection and return order entry
  • Stock-on-hand order entry
  • Daily updating of customer tracking sheets


Key Skills:

  • Collaborative approach and team player.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong administration accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Multitasker and can juggle tasks/requests/priorities
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience would be great but is not essential).
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and collaboration platforms Slack/Teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a sales administration or data entry role.
  • Clear criminal record check (CRC).
