Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support & Scheduling Administrator to provide email, live chat, and phone support to patients booking appointments with doctors. This role involves assisting with online booking issues, completing administrative tasks, and ensuring post-appointment actions are properly followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support via email, live chat, and phone to customers and patients
• Assist patients in booking and managing appointments with doctors
• Help patients who experience issues with online booking systems
• Ensure all bookings meet the clients quality and process standards
• Complete administrative tasks related to appointments and patient records
• Carry out post-appointment actions as endorsed by the treating doctor
• Manage inbound communications in a timely and professional manner
• Follow standard procedures and workflows
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in online chat and customer support
• Strong background in handling customer inquiries
• Experience in inbound phone support
• Proven experience in scheduling and coordination
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Work Schedule:

• Training: First 2 weeks – 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
• Post-training: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Saturday to Wednesday
